Shrimp Scampi
The interesting tidbit about this dish is that it's like saying, oooo I think I'll have the shrimp big shrimp entree, since scampi is the italian word for the crustancean that's like a cross between a shrimp and a lobster. To back me up there was a nytimes foodie article today, funny little coincidence... I looked up this intriguing little bottom-dweller and it really does look like a mini-lobster. Just thought you should know...
