Campfire Orange Muffins

I had a request for this RECIPE for muffins. A semi-reputable source says they're quite good but I've never made them myself. Perhaps I'll dig a hole in the backyard and try them out tonight. A CAKE mix would probably work just as well if dessert is what is wanted/needed, for those of us who still partake of cake. I, for one, gave it up long ago and will never have it again.

I had a WONDERFUL grilled chicken, mandarin orange, red grape, cucumber, tomato, spinach, alfafa, carrot salad for lunch outside in the HOT, HOT sun and practiced eating like a lady until my book got too interesting. At that point I dropped all pretense, i.e. gave up trying to eat my alfafa sprouts delicately, and thoroughly enjoyed soaking up some vitamin D. :)
