GLA Complex

Miss Em, and all others who are interested in my venture into the vitamn section at Whole Foods. Here are the links to the GLA complex thing I bought yesterday. It tastes truly nasty!!! I pour the vicous fluid into a shot glass this morning and then chased it with soy milk. :) Quite the morning eye opener... The worst part is that it leaves an oily film on your lips. Ewww.. However, if it works I suppose it will be worth it.
