Eagerly Awaiting

Tuesday, yes... Well I watched the clock slowly tick away the minutes from 8-9 pm and then spent a restless Monday only to be awakened by Ryan yelling about the impossibility of A's. When I finally crawled out of bed at 11 I thought that the "discussion" had happened several days earlier however LeeAnn assured me that it was that morning. Strange how my brain twists events into a timeless mass, kinda like directions, all mixed up together. Anyway we had a nice jant running to Walgreens, Post Office (Favorite Place!!!) and then FINALLY HEB. Wonderful store, it deserves it own praise blog, maybe later this week... I had the yummiest lunch of swiss and roast beef on a lightly toasted whole wheat english muffin. I made it in the new bright RED toaster oven. So pretty, LeeAnn and I picked it up at Target and I love it because it reminds me of my HUVEN from Italy. I had sooo many arguments with the secretary about whether my apartment had an oven or not, turns out huvens are their version of an oven. Those leetle toaster ovens can cook muffins and chickens..... Speaking of chickens the two new nameless roosters in the garage have runny noses and are sneezing! I suppose if I thought about it logically chickens can get sick just like other animals, are they mammals? however I think that the sneezing rooster is just about the funniest thing I've seen in awhile, esp. when they try to crow and nothing comes out. Lol. :) Back to my day, Peter and I made fun of each other and then shared a pear as usual, I actually feel guilty now if I don't save him half of my pear. So while Judy sped cleaned and LeeAnn took care of everything I packed and cleaned up my room and then we went for a little hike/walk in the park behind the Derricks. I heard rumor of a park backing up to their house but I had never adventured back there, it is wonderful! The weather was perfect; blue sky, green grass from the rain and a few deer here and there, I will be out there everyday after this. Wonderful tracks, workout stations, and plenty of wooded areas for adventuring and snake-hunting. Then the meeting started when we got back and I really enjoyed the singing. Singing with grace in our hearts towards God is a most excellent way to enjoy Him. The Lord is eagerly awaiting us to come to Him, active/passive. Then I calmed my apprehensions by throwing a loaf of banana bread into the oven with the intention of sending it to Anaheim but unfortunately I popped it out of the pan too early and it stuck a little so we were forced to eat it. It was GOOD! :) Mommy drove we up to Hewitt to meet up with the Pages, they're amazing! Greta I had a nice afternoon finishing up packing and hoing the garden before we drove up to Italy to pick up Ed. So now I'm bundled in the back of a, well a large silver SUV, I'm pretty sure it's a Ford cause that's what the steering wheel says but that's all I know. OH, grey interior and leather seats, I wonder where all the leather comes from, there are a lot of cars with leather interiors. Hm... Ponderings by grace... Adventures should increase exponially once I don't have to pee anymore and my tummy recovers from the 3 cookies I ate. (Cookies are not a dessert!) YEA a restroom!!!
