Egg Safety
It is completely safe to eat one egg a day. (Even though I'm tired of eggs and have switched to lunch meat on toast.) The FAA or something like that recommends 3-4 servings of meat per day per person. An egg substitutes for one serving of lean meat, thus, as long as you're not having like 10 eggs for b-fast you're fine. Just wanted to let the general and not so general public know that I'm not going to die from a heart attack from my morning egg. Strange, gloopy, slightly green, pretend scrambled, tofu eggs just might kill a person though.
Austin and I went to a RR express game last night!! So much fun! :) My supervisor couldn't make the game, he has season tickets, so he was quite nice and gave them to me with a SPECIAL parking permit. So Austin and I took the Mini to the game (aside: the driver's window broke so we had to open the door to talk to people, it kinda took away from the coolness factor) and had special parking and sat behind home plate. It was Beef night at the ballpark (WHO DOES THAT?!) so I got a beef koozi and 1/2 price burgers. Most excellent! It was definitely my night to be there. I'm a little sleepy now but I'm armed with Trader Joes trail mix and my AMAZING intellectual prowess. MUHAHA.
